Refund Information

In order to cancel your account, you just have to send a ticket the sales department of Web-expert.gr. Please enclose the reason why you do not wish to have further hosting by Web-expert.gr. After we have received your cancelation request and the reason for it via ticket, we will proceed to the cancelation and termination of your account as soon as possible. To get a refund, you will have to state it clearly in the ticket.

The money back guarantee is about the following services:

• Web Hosting ( shared servers )
• Web Radio Streaming Services

Services and products that are related to third providers (Domains, SSL Certificates) or software (Joomla Extensions / WHMCS Addons / Scripts) will not be refunded!

To give you a refund, there will have to be stated problems with the service you have chosen and which will appear to your report history (tickets) to the Clients Support Centre.

From the refund are subtracted:

• Possible lump sum payments for the services that require them (e.g. installation cost)
• The days that we offered the service (e.g. if you have pre-paid for 3 months and 10 days have passed by, you will receive a refund for the rest of the 3 months).

The money is refunded via the same payment service (e.g. Paypal) that you have chosen and paid.
